Today was our second major free day, and we spent it at the Amalfi Coast! Today was mostly about enjoying the views and relaxing. We learned that Amalfi has some of the most highly prized lemons in the WORLD. It is a big part of the culture and certainly a reason to visit the area. Of course this meant we had to try it out in all forms. I had Amalfi lemon gelato and even lemon sauced ravioli and that may have been the best meal I’ve eaten in Italy to this point.
